Homekeeper Plus and Pro are subscription tiers billed through Google Play. Pricing, billing cycles, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription benefits are tied to your Google Play account. If your subscription lapses, the app will revert to the Free tier and some data may be hidden (but not deleted) until you resubscribe.
All your home data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it. If you uninstall the app, your data is deleted and cannot be recovered. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is sent to our servers when using optional features such as weather forecasts and AI suggestions.
Homekeeper is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
Do not rely solely on Homekeeper for safety-critical maintenance deadlines such as gas safety checks or electrical inspections.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Homekeeper and its developer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed maintenance, property damage, or data loss.
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
